This blog is my attempt to capture the ups and downs of this next chapter of my life – the adventure of moving to Germany with teenage twin boys, a pandemic puppy named Phoebe, and my terse (but loving) husband, Ralph.

I don’t know what’s in store for us, but I do know this: I’ll likely spend the next few years delightfully disoriented – learning a new language, in a new country, and even adjusting to life as an empty nester once the boys launch themselves into the world.
